Way Library welcomes Nathalie Cottier as our baker-in-residence for Fall, 2025. Nathalie was born in the south of France and grew up in a family where food was always at the heart of things. In 2013, after moving to the United States, the idea for Sur le Pouce was born. Today, Sur le Pouce continues to grow, rooted in tradition, family, and the joy of sharing good food. Nathalie is excited to share her love of baking with the community as baker-in-residence with these classes! Registration is required and spaces are limited. Adults only, please.
