The main entrance to the library PARKING LOT off of Louisiana will be closed beginning Monday, July 21. The PARKING LOT entrance off of Louisiana at E. Third St. will be closed intermittently during the downtown revitalization. The library parking lot can be accessed from E. Third St. from Elm St. The main entrance into the Way Library on the north side of the building is open normal hours.
