Welcome to Way Public Library
November is National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo). From November 1st to November 30th, people around the world will try to write 50,000 words in 30 days.
Join us for two write-ins in November with the first being on the 16th and second being on the 24th. Both write-ins will start at 2:00pm. The write-ins will provide a place and time to work on your writing – we’ll have games, writing prompts, coffee, and comfortable places to sit and write.

Way Library, in cooperation with the League of Women Voters of the Perrysburg Area (LWVPA), welcomes a panel of experts for a discussion on current research projects addressing the algae crisis. Join us on November 18 at 7:00pm.
Panel participants include:
- Dr. Carol A. Stepien, Director, Lake Erie Center
- Dr. Daryl Dwyer, Resident Faculty, Lake Erie Center
- Dr. Robert Michael McKay, Ryan Professor of Biology, BGSU
This event is free and open to the public. Registration is not required.
Join us on Thursday November 20 at 10:30am as WGTE and Way Library present an episode of “American Experience”. In “Cold War Roadshow” we’ll revisit one of the most bizarre episodes in the annals of modern history — the unprecedented barnstorming across America by Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev, the world leader of Communism and America’s arch-nemesis, during 13 days in 1959. A discussion will follow the screening.
Admission and refreshments are free of charge.
