Card Application

Thank you for your interest in attaining your Way Public Library card.  With this card you will have access to the many resources supplied by the library, such as public computers, books, CDs, DVDs, audio books, and downloadable digital media (eBooks and downloadable audio).

Your new library card will either be waiting for you the library or mailed to your house, depending on your preference.  Please note that choosing to pick up your card may still result in up to a 48 hour wait.

In order to provide you with this online application, there are several rules to keep in mind:

  • You must provide the library with identification and proof of address before you can use your card the first time.
  • As we require a parental signature for patrons under the age of 18, minors may not apply for a library card online.
  • In order to get a library card, you must select "Yes" to agree to our terms of service.  Our terms of service are as follows: "I agree to observe the rules established by the library, and I will be responsible for materials borrowed on my card.  I also agree to pay any fines or other charges for late or damaged library materials and to notify the library of any change of address."
