Reel Talk, Reel Art - free film series
Classic films (Reel Talk), with lively discussions led by a guest film scholar, are shown at Way Library one Thursday a month September through May, at 10:00 a.m. in the Lower Level Conference Center which seats 100. Foreign/art films (Reel Art) are shown on Friday evenings at 7 p.m. in the main floor Family Activity Room. For both series, there are free admission and complimentary refreshments.

WBGU-PBS Program Club
The WBGU-PBS Program Club is cosponsored by the library and WBGU-TV (Channel 27). It meets on the third Thursday of each month at 11:30 a.m. on the lower level of the library, and new participants are always welcome. Some members bring lunches. Each month a different program is selected; occasionally the meeting date will change based on program choice. The group continues to meet throughout the summer.

If you miss the program when it airs on local PBS stations, arrangements can be made to view the program prior to the discussion. Play Readers' Group
Way Library now has a Play Readers Group with the opportunity for participants to read a monologue, dialogue, one-act play or scene from a play. New members are welcome at any time. Book Buddies
At Way Public Library, home delivery is not a thing of the past!  The Library’s volunteer Book Buddy program offers delivery service for homebound individuals.  We know that security is important, so we screen all of our volunteers.  We offer a flexible delivery schedule at no cost.  Book Buddies are not even charged late fees, ever.  Honest.  You tell us what you would like to have delivered, and we’ll accommodate your needs.  And, we can even offer suggestions, if you need them.  If you would like to be the recipient of a Book Buddy, or if you’re interested in volunteering as a Book Buddy, please contact Wendie Kiskadon, (419) 874-3135 extension 107, or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Way Library offers a variety of beginner and intermediate computer classes at an affordable price.  Classes are offered at various times of the day. Way Library named a Star Library

Way Public Library in Perrysburg, Ohio, has been ranked a Four-Star Library in the new Library Journal Index of Public Library Service. The "second round" of the LJ Index, based upon 2007 public library statistical data published by the Institute of Museum and Library Services, was released on November 15.
