This special subscription database allows for access to a variety of genealogical records including church, federal and state census, military, court, land, probate, immigration and vital records.

This online database can be accessed at home or at the library. It combines digital, search-able images of U.S. federal census records with the digitized version of the popular UMI Genealogy and Local History collection.

Presents health and wellness information researched and written by medical and professional faculty at Case Western University, The Ohio State University, and the University of Cincinnati. Search by health topic or link to other authoritative sites like the Adam Health Encyclopedia through the site’s Reference Library.
Ohio Legal Services Website - http://www.ohiolegalservices.org/
The Ohio Legal Services website provides general information on civil (not criminal) law in the state of Ohio. Topics such as bankruptcy, divorce, foreclosure, living wills and estates are covered. Website users are directed to their local courts by choosing their county or zip code. At their local court site, website users will find specific court information and can download any available legal forms. Selecting the appropriate county or zip code will also give website users information about low-income legal assistance in their area and contacts and links to social service providers and programs.
The Ohio Legal Services website also gives tutorials on the courts, court procedures, and legal education (all on the subject of civil law).

The U.S. government website is a portal to the federal government and its agencies. Of special interest to our patrons will be the websites links to the IRS, Small Business Administration, Social Security, and Healthfinder. The website is also an easy portal to the State of Ohio website, as well as all other state websites.
