Cake decorating expert Wendy Bach will present a fun and informative class on how to “frost” a cake with fondant icing. The participants will first learn how to level, tort, fill and frost a cake, and then cover the cake with fondant. The cost is $10.00.
Registration is required and begins on January 2, 2018. A small student supply list will be provided.
In this three-session class, Dorothy Stanton will guide you as you document your life story for your family and loved ones. She will offer examples, inspiration, and resources to get you started on this one-of-a-kind literary journey. All you need is a notebook and pencil. Writing skills are not necessary.
