Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Please bring a set of light hand-held weights either 1, 2 or 3 lbs. each. If you don't have weights, two water bottles can be used and are about 1lb. each.
