For Teens, Children, and Families:

Enter the Walleye Decorating Contest 

  • Pick up your fish card after April 5 at Way Library.  
  • Use colored pencils, crayons, markers, or whatever you like to decorate your walleye!  
  • Entries are due at the Library by Sunday, April 23 
  • Public voting is April 24-30; winner will be notified by May 3
  • Prizes will be awarded in four different age categories; 0-4; 5-7; 8-10; 11-15

  • Where’s the Walleye? There are fish hiding in our children’s section! Find them all and win a prize.
  • How Many Worms Are in That Can? Guess the number of gummy worms in the can and win them all. 
  • Hook, Line, & Sinker Word Search Can you find all the hidden words? 
  • “Gone Fishing” Photo Booth Dress up with our fishing props and snap a photo with Willy the Walleye.                                          
  • Games for Buoys and Gills Feed the Fish Beanbag Toss, Minnow Ball Pit, Let’s Go Fishing game.
  • Coloring Pages Choose from a fin-tastic variety of take-home coloring pages! 
  • Community Puzzle Give us a hand assembling our fish-themed jigsaw puzzle.
