Fire and EMS LogoPerrysburg Fire Division and Way Public Library are pleased to offer courses in life-saving CPR skills and First Aid classes.

An emergency can occur anytime... the sad truth is most people don’t survive a cardiac arrest. Four to six minutes is the window of opportunity for someone to act before it’s too late. Fewer than one-third of cardiac arrest victims get CPR from someone nearby. If a family member, friend or infant in your care had a cardiac or first aid emergency could you recognize the signs and respond quickly and appropriately?

The American Heart Association offers a variety of courses to teach you lifesaving skills.

  • All classes are taught by a certified instructor from the City of Perrysburg Fire Division
  • Class size is limited to 20 students.
  • Registration for all classes is required.

New classes are scheduled often so continue to check http://waylibrary.info for dates and times. For additional information please contact Amy Vasko of the Perrysburg Fire Division at 419-872-8027 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
