Meeting Room Request

The library has four meeting rooms on its lower level available for public use.  Groups who reserve the meeting rooms must adhere to the Meeting Room Policy adopted by the Library Board of Trustees.  To reserve a room, please call Doug Kolpien at (419)-874-3135 Extension 106, or alternately fill out the form below.  If you choose to reserve a room using the online form, you will be sent an email to confirm the reservation if a room is available.  It should not be assumed that a room has been reserved until the email is received.
